Error code 6021

One of the lines on my account is saying error code 6021 on veryme. All the other lines on my account are fine can anyone help

Hi @Jeaniepaul, it's very strange that you're getting this error on just one of the lines. With this line, has the VeryMe Rewards ever worked and is it a business or consumer account? Mark
