I ordered the Iphone 13 pro max on 24th November and paid for next day delivery which was £7 to which the phone never arrived, when i gave them a call i was promised the phone would arrive on Monday 29th November to which it never arrived, i gave them another call and the excuse this time was that they had a glitch in the system and they couldn't track all the orders.
I don't mind waiting but I feel Vodaphone have just sped me a yarn, all i'm asking for is a delivery date and be refunded the next day delivery charge.
What's happening Vodaphone??
