eSim Postal Code Issue

I’m trying to purchase a “pay monthly” esim card but during the checkout process, my USA postal code isn’t accepted. I’ll be abroad for the next 4 months and have no other postal code to use that works. 

Account closed - but it isn't?

When I log into the My Vodafone App or into my online account it just says that there are no active plans... but my plan isn't due to end until April 2023! Is this just a known technical issue going on? It's been like this for a few days now .... 

Payment errors

Paid off my device but Vodafone taking multiple payments for this transaction despite acknowledging error. Help.

Old defaulted account

Hi there wondering if someone can point me in the right direction. On my credit file it says I have an old defaulted account (status unknown) its from July 2017.  I would like to try & clear this up? What number can I contact? Thanks in advance.
