Hi there wondering if someone can point me in the right direction.
On my credit file it says I have an old defaulted account (status unknown) its from July 2017.
I would like to try & clear this up?
What number can I contact? Thanks in advance.

Your best bet is to contact the Social Media team on Facebook or Twitter and ask for the matter to be escalated to the Credit File Support team. They are the only people who will now have access, but they'll be able to see the full history and get this resolved for you.
Whatever the outcome (whether this is cancelled or settled), ask for the flag on your credit file to be amended to reflect the new status.
