Hi - could someone please clarify if I can merge two seperate vodafone accounts.
Account #1 - this is a broadband account, previously both broadband and pay monthly until I went PAYG a few months ago. Account has been active for quite some years.
Account #2 - I signed up for a new vodafone pay monthly contract via mobiles.co.uk a few days back and have registered a second vodafone account that covers this contract.
Previously when I had both a pay monthly contract and broadband, I benefitted from a £3/month reduction on my broadband and would like to know if 1) I can combine both accounts and 2) get that discount again if possible.

I'm pretty sure this can be done. As it'll require account access, drop the Social Media team a note on Facebook or Twitter. They'll be able to take your details privately and look into it for you. The big advantage of this route is that you can leave it with them, rather than hanging on to the end of a phone call or chat session.
