Hi everyone. My iPhone is stuck in a restart > crash > restart loop. I have to take it to a Genius Bar but, because I now use an eSIM I’m wondering what I can do to get my number up and running if I have another device, or even just buy a new one?
I’m going on holiday tomorrow and this is the worst possible timing. From what I can see, they won’t be able to fix this issue in the Apple store, but then I just can’t see how I could get my number onto even a temporary device?

These things always happen at the most inconvenient time.
If you have the original SIM that came with the phone before you changed to eSIM Vodafone should be able to reactivate the SIM for you to use in your spare phone.
