Okay my order is stuck apparently and that is why it's not been dispatched from the warehouse and they need someone to do it manually from a special team. I need someone from Vodafone to help me ?? Can you send me a link so I can private message you? So you can help me get this sorted??
I have emailed nick read the CEO of vodphone also i was promised delivery Monday then today and then tomorrow but then was told it was stuck. I really need someone to help me I feel like I am fighting a losing battle here because all my words get fell on deaf ears. Please if anyone can help me I would be most grateful as Its really stressing me out thanks

Totally understand your frustration with this from reading your post here and other posts you've left on the forum in other threads @Jared-ains
There isn't a Private Messaging option on the forum and the Team can't access your account from your post here due to security protocols.
They can be contacted via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.

Thanks buddy on phone to the complaints team to see if they have push it forward or make a brand new order only thing I have waited 5 weeks I dont want to wait another 5 weeks will update people once I get any info thanks
