Hello I am a customer I have 2 sim only plans that finish on the 30th of December and I was looking for a good deal but no one answers the phone you keep putting the phone down I can’t get through to anyone and now I’m thinking of leaving because your leaving me with no choice if your not answering your calls !!!!

Probably short staffed @Safeerahyasin14 , the best time to call is when Customer Services open at 8 am. You can still use live chat to discuss upgrade options, or visit a store.
I you go the the SIM only page on the website there is a box for live chat where you will be able to discuss your options with an online advisor.
