Afternoon all, so I was logged into spotify premium with my entertainment package but today for some reason I am now only running the free subscription. I have checked and my sub is still up and running but for some reason not now linked to my spotify account.
I have logged out and back in to reboot according to spotify but nothing has changed.
Any help would be great, many thanks

Connecting the team via the app they had to remove my Spotify so I could re add it in order to fix.

Same here. Free Spotify is on all of my devices. Tried to log off and back on but doesn't work.

Thanks Shaolin - I have 2 separate accounts. One is fixed - no idea how and what happened. The other is still not fixed. Still shows Spotify Free acc.

Would be good to understand what has happened from Vodafone, when all accounts will be fixed and how this is to be avoided in the future.
