Hi @Seanparto. Generally speaking, if you're referring to our Trade-in Guarantee we accept almost any phone that meets the basic criteria. If you haven't done so already, to find out if your phone is an eligible model and meets our criteria, you can use our Trade-in Tool to check - if you’re struggling to use the Trade-in Tool and would like some help, you can visit us in store and one of our staff members will run the checks for you.
If you can’t use the Trade-in Tool on your phone because it can’t use the My Vodafone app or isn’t one of our eligible phones, you won’t be able to benefit from our Trade-in Guarantee. However, you may still be able to trade in for a cash payment.
If you're referring to our trade in for cash service, you can trade in any device you want as long as it's listed on our database. If your device isn’t listed, unfortunately we can’t offer a trade-in, nor are we able to provide a reason why.
