I am looking for help to see if anyone had this problem and found the solution, because unfortunately Vodafone support have not been helpful (spent >6 hours in chats and they keep on asking me to do the same thing over and over - which does not work - and do not escalate it. This has been going on for a month now (I thought it might have been a temporary glitch).
The main problem is I cannot download my invoice PDF (which I need to submit to my employer for reimbursement). What is really odd is that I can download Dec/Jan, but not Feb or March. I have tried this on many browsers, cleared caches, App - none of this works. Vodafone tried helpfully to email it to me - they can email me Dec/Jan, but again not Feb/March (and they get no errors - so they keep on thinking my email does not work even though I can get the Dec/Jan by email.
Vodafone have reset my account twice - I have re-registered from new, and problems persist.
I have enclosed a screenshot of my errors.
My personal belief is that the PDF does not get generated (so email bit fails). I need to know what to tell vodafone support to do because they don't listen and go round in circles.

I appreciate you've tried Vodafone Customer Support but can I suggest that you try the Vodafone Social Media Teams who have full access to accounts.
They can be contacted via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM.
