For over 2 months now I have been unable to log in to my account. I have called tech team for support, sat online and waited 48 hours each time before doing what they told me to do and have been in store. Still no luck. I keep getting error message 500, FMW_0_0001 - [Error ref 1w0]
If I try and register for an online account I'm told my number is not recognised. I have been with Vodafone for over 12 years with the same contact number. I'm close to cancelling both the contracts I have now as this is getting really frustrating.
Anyone else had this and been able to fix it?

Hi No unfortunately not it was never resolved. I have left Vodafone as a result of this after raising complaints and they closed both my accounts. I still have two device plans with them but again met with constant issues when they don't take direct debit and I have to call for hours to sort it as I can't pay online.
Maybe raise a complaint and hopefully they can sort it.

No they never sorted it. I left Vodafone in the end after raising complaints about it. Both my airtime plans were cancelled for free because of this, and I took my phone number to three. Best choice I made.

I can’t access mine either what the heck is going on, they said they cleansed my account and still not sorted I been with them 33 years now and I am seriously considering leaving as I see other people with the same issue this happened in October

I am going through the same process and I am losing my patience now seeing it’s happening to others, Vodafone need to face there is a big problem going on, has Vodafone been hacked????
