VeryMe rewards error message

I’ve been getting this error message since my number got ported. I have tried resetting the app, uninstalling and installing. iOS App is 7.3 which is the latest, online agent refreshed account and still not working... any ideas?

I have discovered a bug in the app since installing iOS 14. 

 
When I tried to access VeryMe Rewards or the Tobi assistant within the app I got an error code 6201. 
 
I eventually figured out that this happened when I changed by default browser from Safari to Chrome. When I defaulted back to Safari both features worked again. 
 
Hopefully the app developers can address this in a later release

Hey @Stompy_7, thanks for flagging this. Our Tech team are aware of the issue and a fix has been put into place. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I’m getting the same error message on the app - it did seem to briefly resolve itself a few days ago but now won’t let me in again. My default browser is Chrome. Can you advise please ?

Change your default browser to Safari if you want it to work. I had a message from the VF devs saying this would be fixed in the next release. 

I've swapped back to Safari and this now works having previously got the error message.

Legend, this error 6201 has been bugging for weeks now. Changing the default browser instantly fixed the issue, would have never thought of that being the issue.

Have been having the exact same issue! Changing default browser back to Safari straightaway fixed the problem! Thank you.

@Vodafone, please fix this!
