Nhs discount code not working

Hi.  I upgraded to a sim only deal yesterday but the discount codes has expired 1 minute after getting them. I tried 3 times and in the end proceeded to complete the upgrade but tried now to see if I could apply the discount but seem unable to do it....

Price increase

If I upgraded my plan now, will I be affected by the price increase (cpi+3.9%) that scheduled to start in April 22?
