Just rebooted my phone after an update and its asking for a PUK code. i've tried to log online into my account but its asking for a text confirmation, as i cant use my phone i cant use text, is it possible to get the PUK code any other way, I currently don't have access to another phone
I'm not sure why your phone would now be asking for a PUK when this is only needed if a person has turned on their sim pin security and then enter that pin incorrectly 3 times.
