Hi there, I've got Sony Xperia 1 from friend of mine. This handset is locked to Vodafone UK. The day after, I received NUC code from him and some instruction as well how I can unlock it. But all my tries gave me a message "attempt was unsuccessful"....
I entered my unlocking code in my huawei p8- lite but it did not work. Can I receive a new code?

Help - despite 3 attempts with Live Chat supervisors over 3 weeks, I cannot get an NUC for an iPhone 7. E-mails have verified ok (with on-screen acknowledgement) but no NUC/mail received afterwards. A key worker's phone is useless as a result.
