Hello. I have bought a locked phone (to Vodafone) on eBay.

I was guaranteed their contract was finished with Vodafone.

Im trying to unlock it, but i don;t even get a repoly from vodafone when i contact them via this website to unlock the phone. can anyone help me out here?

As soon as a phone has been unlocked to all networks it will stay that way.

Also just to add Vodafone UK are making it easier now for phone's to be unlocked which is probably because Ofcom are bringing in new rules in December 2021 that all phone's need to be unlocked out of the box.

So the 30 days waiting stipulation seems to have now also been removed.

The two stipulations now are …

1. The device was purchased from Vodafone
2. The device is not currently blacklisted.

In regards to reputable websites I would suggest to Google Search and look for reviews from people who have used them.

I'm unable to suggest sites here I'm afraid.

Or as I mentioned look to good Highstreet Store's that advertises they unlock phone's when they open.
