iwatch series 4 won’t add mobile data plan

I had my watch sent out when I set it up it wouldn’t let set up cellular data. I’ve spoke to a number off agents and hear so many different things

Yeah same pal I have had people promise to call me back it’s a joke mate I’m gonna phone back up and ask to speak to a manger about this  because it’s a full on joke. They have no clue what there talking bout

I have just bought an Apple Watch series 4 from Vodafone and can’t connect to my mobile data either! The error states I’ve reached my maximum secondary subscriptions. I have tried to delete my backups and restart my iphone as stated in other messages, but to no avail!! I’ve rang Vodafone but still haven’t got it sorted! What else can I do?
