Cant open certain apps on android from vodafone broadband

On my android mobile I can't open sky and bbc news whilst logged into Vodafone broadband. However the apps open on my android tablet

Hey @Dick6800 I hope you're doing well. I'm sorry that's happening, it certainly sounds frustrating. If it's happening only on the phone you are using and not on the tablet, it may be worth reaching out to the manufacturer to see if this is a known issue. If the same thing was happening across multiple devices, that would indicate a potential issue with the broadband settings.

have you tried to remove the cache app

Dependent on which browser you're using, and using Vanadium browser as an example, go to Settings and then go to Privacy & Security and then select "Clear browsing data" and look specifically for "Clear cache" or similar wording.
