Hi.
Sure signal menu option for some reason doesn't give me an option to add another user?
Please advise how to do this.
New phone is iPhone number: (Removed for Security)
Sure Signal S/N: 40111108904
(Have an iPhone and an HTC Sense working fine through the SUre Signal - just want to add the above new phone.)
Thanks...

I'm having same problem. I registered the sure signal with two devices and they worked fine for a while. Now only one phone works ok. I'm sure I registered as the owner but it shows as User in my profile. I'm thinking that I need to re-register the unit and add in the two phones again. Need help with that. Thanks.

Hi mikebr54
Thanks for your post. I've checked your Sure Signal profile and can see that everything appears to be Ok from our end. Obviously I'm unable to conform who the owner of the Sure Signal shows as for security, however to try and get things moving for you I've performed a resync on your Sure Signal. A factory reset is required to complete the process as follows:
If you're still experiencing difficulty after the resync then please let me know.
Thanks
Simon

Does anyone have an idea as to how long it should take from adding a new user to them actually being able to use that phone via VSS? Phone has received text to say that it has been added (when away from house!), but cannot use phone in our blackspot in the Fens.
The last time I tried to add a new user, the VSS network went down!

Hello ladies,
Thanks for your posts.
At the moment it's taking us longer than we'd like to reply to posts although we are working as fast as we can
@ jaynehaddo - I replied to you yesterday, right here.
@ SarahJB - I can see you've already been receiving help from Nabs in your other thread. Please can we keep your query to the one thread because it slows us down in answering other customers? If we have to reply to the same query twice, over the course of a day that doubles the workload thus slowing down our responses.
I can see you've mentioned the new handset is a BlackBerry Curve. Can you tell me which model and whether it's 3G enabled? The VSS will only transmit a 3G service so if the device is not capable of 3G then it'll not show as being able to pick up the signal from the VSS.
Cheers,
LeeH

LeeH,
I appreciate that you're busy, but I started a thread out of desperation! Where I live has terrible reception and as a long-standing Vodafone customer, I rely on and expect some kind of service for the money I pay. The phone is a Blackberry Curve 9320 and is 3G enabled. Can you please give me some kind of explanation as to why the VSS is not picking it up.
Sarah
