My colleague used a SureSignal but their local signal has increased so they dont need it any longer. They have given it to me and deregistered it as instructed byt he website. They received an email confirming this but I cannot register as it states the SureSignal is already registered.
Any Ideas Please.

Your colleague may then need to contact Vodafone Customer service to ask them to check the De Register has properly completed.
You will not be able to Register as the new owner until this has gone through.
