i was told when i upgraded to the s8 i had to order the gear vr 2017 after i had recieved the s8,how do i do this?

When this offer was passed to you did you receive any supporting email / paperwork.?

Ah yes I see it.
Usually if this is a Samsung Vr Headset then from past experience there should be a link to a specific page to fill in to claim the offer and can come hand in hand with a specific time period to claim and until stocks last.
I'd suggest to Look into Vodafones T&C.
If you get stuck then Customer Services on 191 or Live Chat can help with this as they should have added this to your order.
If a person orders using the Vodafone Online Shopping page they have to manually add the Vr to their shopping basket.

i went on live chat with 2 different people and it took me nearly an hour and a half of very strong chat to get the offer out of them,i had to send them the link because they did not know about it,lucky i keep all my chats so they could not go back on the offer,i was told when i upgraded to go online when the phone arrived and order the vr,the person on chat yesterday told me i would have to send the phone back and re order to get the vr,as you can expect i refused point blank to return it as i was informed other wise on how to obtain the vr,now after the person yesterday going and talking to the person i made the order with and her manager i am now going to get the vr sent to me,thse people need to be more upto speed on things,not even knowing about offers on thier own website is a joke.
