Hi, my ISP changed yesterday and now my VSS3 is not working - flashing red light and two orange lights.
I have tried a reset to no avail.
Please can you assist.

Please try a spare Ethernet cable and ensure that this is plugged into port one.

Hi, thanks for the response. Sadly this has not worked. Still have the same pattern of lights -
left to right: red light flashing. 2nd light off. third light lit orange. fourth light lit orange.
I've also now had two unsucessful chats with the guys in Pune who have not managed to resolve the issue either 😞
Any ideas?
