i have a problem both my phone a samsung galaxy note 3 and my sons galaxy s4 active both say that we live 88 miles away from where we are but my wife's galaxy note 1 says that we are at the right place, all three are on vodafone if i or my son go 100 yards down the road it shows the right address,if i turn the sure signal box off then we are at the right address so there must be something wrong with the sure signal box.the serial no is 40122445436

Hi tonytango,
It's not an problem with the Sure Signal. It's down to how the location of the phone is picked up.
When you connect directly to the network, your location is triangulated from the masts in the area.
When you connect via the Sure Signal, it's picked up from where the Sure Signal connects to our network. This isn't the same as where it physically connects to your router, so it can be some distance away.
If your wife's doesn't have the same issue over the Sure Signal, it may be designed to pick up the location differently.
Unfortunately there's no way to improve the accuracy unless you can set it manually for apps like weather, maps and so on.
