New Sure Signal wont work

Hi

I am trying to st up my new VSS version 3 (serial number 42143156075)

I registered in yesterday and received the registration email and since then it has sat between the "Configuration" status and occasionally errors out with the power light flashing with the Internet light and the in use light on.

I also have a second VSS Version 3 which is set up and works fine through the same router and so I assume that the auto settings on the router are fine.

I have deregistered and reregistered the unit and that hasnt worked.
