Hi rick_c1

The IP address is already matched so these should be good to go.

I can see that the first device you mention hasn't been registered yet, however the other two appear to be up and running.

Let us know if you need anything else.

Hi rick_c1,

This IP range is already included on the whitelist, so this isn't the issue.

I've given each of the sure Signals a resync, so you'll need to reset them. This should just clear any conflicts caused by the change.

For Sure Signal version 1 or 2:

  • Unplug the ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Hold down the reset button until all the lights show (about 30 seconds)
  • Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
  • Once all lights display release the reset button.
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

For Sure Signal version 3:

  • Unplug the ethernet cable from the Sure Signal
  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • Plug the cable back in
  • Allow around one hour for the Sure Signal to come back online.

The speed you posted looked a little high for a domestic connection. Is it a business connection? If so, there may be additional security which is getting in the way.

If the reset doesn't help, check the following:

Ports to be open for forwarding:

  •  8 (TCP & UDP)
  • 50 (TCP & UDP)
  • 53 (TCP & UDP)
  • 67 (UDP)
  • 68 (UDP)
  • 123 (UDP)
  • 500 (UDP)
  • 1723 (TCP & UDP)
  • 4500 (UDP)
  • 33434 - 33445 (UDP)

IP addresses to be allowed:

  • 212.183.133.177-179
  • 212.183.133.181-182
  • 212.183.131.128-191

If it is a business connection, pass those details to the team who handle your network security to check.

Also, post the results of a traceroute so we can get a better picture:

On a PC

  • Click on Start and select Run.
  • Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok.
  • A black box will appear.
  • In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 and press Enter.

On a Mac

  • Open Terminal (Applications, Utilities).
  • Type traceroute 212.183.133.177 and press Enter.
