We have a new internet provider please can you allow our following devices for the following ip also done other checks:
Your speed test results - 92.64 Mbps

Hi rick_c1,
This IP range is already included on the whitelist, so this isn't the issue.
I've given each of the sure Signals a resync, so you'll need to reset them. This should just clear any conflicts caused by the change.
For Sure Signal version 1 or 2:
For Sure Signal version 3:
The speed you posted looked a little high for a domestic connection. Is it a business connection? If so, there may be additional security which is getting in the way.
If the reset doesn't help, check the following:
Ports to be open for forwarding:
IP addresses to be allowed:
If it is a business connection, pass those details to the team who handle your network security to check.
Also, post the results of a traceroute so we can get a better picture:
