No Internet since 5pm. Be on the phone an hour already still not Ben answered. Chat has a 54 min wait. Frankly ludicrously poor support service.

Apologies for any inconvenience @Gill1e - were our advisers able to resolve your query on the call?

No I gave up waiting after an hour and a half.  Far too long for anyone to wait in a queue and some had to wait over 3 hours to get an answer.
