Hi
After many months of working without a problem, my Sure Signal 2 has just stopped working. It seemed to be receiving an update yesterday - could it be due to that?
Nothing on my system has changed - the Sure Signal just stopped working.
It either has just the red light on continuously, or most of the time it has the red light on and the other two lights both flashing.
I have performed a factory reset on the SS and rebooted the router.

We're seeing the same as you this morning with our SS. Tracert stops at a similar IP - 85.205.0.86

Same thing here, Southam, Warwickshire. Everything working fine yesterday, now nothing at all, stops at the same IP as above.
Tried reset, nothing just red light for ages, then flashing lights, but not connecting.
U/L = 14.4Mbp/s D/L = 1.32Mbp/s
My external IP is 80.229.166.46 (Static) - the SS is setup in a DMZ and has QoS priority on traffic.

I am in west sussex and my SS2 has stopped working this morning after having no problems in the past. . Red light only. Resetting makes no difference.

Same in South Cambs. Dead all morning. However the two white lights have started flashing (at 11:47).
EDIT: looking at the posts, it appears to be a Vodafone related issue (perhaps downtime?). It would be very helpful to have a pinned post at the top of the forum showing scheduled maintainence and other outages.

Mine has stopped too - in Gloucestershire.

It's obviously country wide. Same problem in Cumbria.

Same issue here - common factor seems to be Plusnet as an ISP

Mine has also stopped today. Tried everything to reset it and no luck 😞 Also on PlusNet
