Hi zx-2,
Thanks for that. Those details all look OK.
I can see that the Sure Signal connected yesterday just before your first post, so something has been getting through.
I've resynched the box, so can you reset it for me to pick that up?
For Sure Signal version 1 or 2:
For Sure Signal version 3:
Let us know if this helps.

Hi Bjorn,
Thanks for re-confirming the serial number.
I've given the Sure Signal a resync. Can you reset it using these steps to pick this up?

Thanks Dave. Last time I tried the re-set the lights didn't come back on even if I held the button for a minute or so.
I'll try it tonight. Hopefully the re-sync will work.

Hi Dave,
The 3 lights came on briefly and then the in use light went out. The registered handset doesn't see it.
I think I have a faulty unit and I really need to get this working as it's impacting my ability to work from home.
Can I get an exchange at the Newbury Vodafone shop?
Thanks,
Bjorn

Hi AndyHurst,
I’ve just resynced your devices for you so, to make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-
Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead.
Once all lights display release the reset button.
The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour.
Thanks.

I have a similar problem. I have regitered the box, opened the ports and have had a full signal on my phone but I often go from 4 bars back to zero.
I have never seen the "in use" light light up except when I plugged the ethernet cable into the PC socket (so I know it works).
I have done the trick with rge RUN box and this is the response I get:

Can anyone help?

I can see from the serial number that it's registered and running the latest software.

I have the same issue and am even considering sending my SS3 back as it did not work at all since I first installed it last week. First three lights are on and steady, in use light does not come on at all.
Download speed is 49.69 Mbps and upload speed is 156.95 Mbps.
My IP address is 213.133.128.227 and the serial number for my SS3 is 43150726248 and the command is not recognised...
Can this be helped?
Thank you.

Hi luba,
The run command should be laid out exactly as written with a space between tracert and 212.183.133.177 ... i.e.
tracert 212.183.133.177
I hope that helps,
Mike.
