Sure Signal New Phone Problem

Hi,
I've recently changed phone which included a sim change and since the change I've lost my sure signal connection. I've read that it can take time for the new sim to register so I've waited 4 days but had no luck. I've also reset the sure signal box. Our other phones continue to work fine.
My sure signal box serial number is 40112831488.
Can you help please?

Go into your account.  Delete your phone from the SS.  Add your phone again.  Bingo.
