I just tried to register it to my account again to see what would happen and it was accepted. No idea why it dissapeared but looks like it may be ok. Will update if any further issues

It is not connecting
Lights: power - flashing, internet - off, service - off, use - solid orange)
Apparently an IP allocation issue.
Anyone help?

Thanks but i was looking for more than a bog standard copy and paste reply. It has been working perfectly until this afternoon since i tried to manage it in my account. I re-registered it in my account, now its showing as an IP conflict. Im on a tablet so unable to provide the stats you ask for.

Hi ceace,
The checks Matt listed are ones which help us see what has happened or - in your case - changed. If your Internet Service Provider has changed anything, for example, this should help us see it.
Without them, I've only been able to resync the Sure Signal. Can you reset it for me to see if that clears things up?
