Have een using the V3 Sure signal for a few months now, but suddenly its only showing a Red light , where as before all lights were on.
I have tried all the options, such as unplugging cable, unplugging the V3, re starting, but its still only showing the Red light.
Any advise please.

Just like vodafone everything is based around units that don't last.
I was hoping that some one could come up with an idea of why it does not work, it seems to be a common problem.
The only way clear i can see is to phone vodafone and ask.
Issue is that it should work BUT it don't.

I've also had problems with lights and lost signal today (for the first time in a couple of months); it has been fluctuating between not working and working normally today, at the moment is working.
I expect it's not anything to do with us (the end users); so to save your frustrations, sit tight and should hopefully all come good soon?! (This has been my experience thus far).

Well thats the bit i cannot understand, I have tested my speed many times before and the SS was always working.
I have had various speeds and at some points its 2.9 mbps but the SS still does connect.
I have read others with lesser speed, there replies have read that all is ok.
I just cannot understand why mine should be so different.
