We can help with this but we'll need to pass security first.
So that we can look into this further, see the private message I've sent for how to get in touch.
Please provide us with the Vodafone Sure Signal serial number too.

OK, we have progress!
I have now registered the sure signal in the correct name at the correct address. I have registered it on my wifes account, and added my phone number to it. Got far too complicated using my work phone and a myvodafone account!.
So the lights on the sure signal are now solid red, solid white, solid white, off.
I dont seem to be able to find a troubleshooting diagram for this configuration.
Any help?
THanks, Alex.

@nakeogh - The light sequence that you’re describing means that this is connected to the network and ready to take the calls.
However, we can see that the Vodafone Sure Signal hasn’t made connection to us.
Can you please reconfirm the serial number to make sure that we’re checking the right device?
We recommend that you reset the router that you’re connecting the Sure Signal to, also to reboot the sure signal too.
If this is still not working, try the Vodafone Sure Signal in a different location, this will see if this is an issue with internet or the device itself.
It’s worth trying a different Ethernet cable.
Once you’ve tried these steps, let us know if this has made a difference, if not, also let us know which internet service provider you’re using.

Hi Laura,
The Sure signal ID is correct, I have rebooted both items a number of times in differing sequences over the weekend to no availl. Replaced the ethernet cable.
I am with TALK TALK Fibre.
Thanks, Alex.
