Hi

It may be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights are showing on the sure signal a degrading power supply can cause issues.

They are available on eBay for around £10.

From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

Sorry I haven't a clue what you are on about . I just want it to be reset thank you .

Will someone play reset my sure signal PLEASE ........it's doing my head in now !!!!

There is nothing wrong with your power supply as it's getting power. Un-plug it for a few hours and see if that helps. If that doesn't help chuck it in the bin and move over to a company that actualy cares and can deliver.

also try de-register and re-register it.........all a pain [Removed in line with Community House Rules] when you are paying for a service that doesn't do what's said on the tin and you have to resort to paying to use the service twice. They make money off you using your BB.

I always get the unplugging message but I know it's not that.

I will unplug it for a while today and see if that helps. I'm in a place where I really need it and my dad is quite ill . So it's. A pain in the neck as I'm his carer.

If vodafone would reply to me it would be great but they take weeks to reply to these posts !!!!! I've been with them for years so I would of thought I would get a bit more customer satisfaction .....this is absolutely ridiculous.

All I want is for the to reset it at their end !!!!
