Sure signal phone light not lit up

Hi,

I have lights showing on all lights except the third one (phone light) on my sure signal. From reading a few posts, it seems that this could be due to it needing re-syncing. Please could you re-sync it for me?

Serial number is 21197204205.

Hi gray175,

We certainly can, I’ve done that for you now. To make sure the resync completes, can you perform a factory reset:-

• Hold down the reset button until all the lights show/flash (about 30 seconds)
• Keeping the reset button held down, remove then re-insert the power lead
• Once all the lights display, release the reset button
• The Sure Signal will come online in about an hour

Thanks for your help in re-syncing the sure signal. Unfortunately this hasn't fixed the problem. I've reset the SS a few times, waited well over an hour each time and still no phones can connect.

The phones we have tried to connect with have worked previously with no problem, and still work on my mother-in-laws SS.

Unsure what to do next?

If you take the VSS to your mother-in-law's house and connect it to her network will your phones pick up the signal?
