Sure signal problem

Dear Vodafone,
I have a sure signal Serial number 21197185248 and it has recently stopped working.
It is suffering from the exact same issues as the people who are posting in this thread:
I have called customer care a few times and gone throgh all of the reset procedures. Can you help me.
Her are some details:
Broadband speed 8Mbs downlink 1Mbs uplink.
All Sure Signal ports open and pointing to the sure signal IP address which is fixed and locked
Followed the reset process twice waiting 12 hours each time.
Suresignal stil not working.
It keep on going through a reset prcess.

Hi Dave,
So I returned to the office today adn sadly found that the sure signal was still not working. LED 1 is on all the time and LED is continually blinking.
So we have reached the end of the testing line. How can we arrange to get me a new sure signal?

Hi Dave,
Given the recent ever increasing number of people with SureSignal issues.
I think that it is time that we get to the route cause of the issue or alternatively if you would like to give me a new sure signal then please contact me directly.
