This question has been asked a few times but I don't seem to be able to set up Sure Signal with the Cisco RV320 router.
Sure signal conencted to the router through a Cisco SG200-FP switch.
I have forwarded ports
8 UDP and TCP
50 UDP and TCP
123 UDP and TCP
500 UDP and TCP
1723 UDP and TCP
4500 UDP and TCP
What else needs to happen? I even disabled the router firewall to test this and it's still not connecting to the internet.
Any help appreciated.

And here is more info
30 MB/s download speed
13 MB/s upload speed
29ms ping
6ms jitter
IP: 81.149.36.90
traceroute to 212.183.133.177 attached.
It seems to me that Sure Signal is not listening at these ports although forwarded.

Is there no support? How about a contact number?
We are using this in an office so I would appreciate some kind of response.

We’re unable to provide support for specific router setup, but I’ve checked the information you’ve provided and everything looks fine.
What light sequence are you seeing on the Sure Signal?
Thanks,
Jenny
