Its the same number but different sim,I have turned off the i-message and will see what happens thanks

Hi,
You're Welcome.
I assume you've then performed a Sim Swap to transfer your number and tariff to your new SIM card. May I ask when you processed this as it can very occasionally take up to 24 hours to fully complete / settle.
