Hi...My VSS3 stopped working yesterday for now apparent reason. No router changes have been made, nothing else on network has altered, it just stopped overnight on Saturday (Halloween maybe !!). I've unplugged it and left for 15 mins, no change. Reset as per forum instructions, no change. Rebooted router..no change. Required Ports are OPEN on the router. Info is below... Serial Num 40124138088 IP Address 195.248.118.55 speed test: Ping 38ms, Download 6.48, Upload 0.36 Pingtest result MOS 4.39, Ping 29ms, Jitter 1ms Tracert is attached.
VSS box seems to be very hot. Pressing reset button, even for 30 secs, has no effect, the only way to restart the box is to remove mains power.
