Vodafone sure signal not working since 28/8

My sure signal v3 hasn't been working since sunday. It usually has a flasshing red light and two static orange lights, but sometimes has a solid red light with the forst light flashing white.

The issue you’re experiencing: no connection to iphones

What light sequence you're seeing: usually flashing red light with tow solid orange lights, intermixed wit a solid red light and flashing white first light.

The results of a traceroute. i'm on a macbook air and dont know how to do this

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

the lights have now changed.

All four lights are now flashing.

mysteriously the box is now working.

@abellchriss Thanks for letting us know that you're Sure Signal is working again. 

I've checked your device via the serial number you gave and everything appears to be set up as it should be.

 signal now has all four lights flashing again

reset the sure signal (5 secs) and the service is back.
