I just got a new payg sim preloaded with 10 pounds.
I would like to get the 30 pounds big bundle.
does that mean that all I need to do is to top up another 20 pounds and call in to buy the bundle?

Be wary not to use any of the £10 you already have by accidentally connecting to the Internet via data or make calls etc. Turn mobile data off in the phones settings before inserting the SIM card.

Where did you get the SIM?

Its possible that you have been sold a SIM already preloaded with a Big Value Bundle which is already active on the account with your extra 50GB data.

got my sim at the airport.
when I call 1345 it says I have 10 pounds and no bundles.

so all in all, top up another 20 pounds and call in to get the bundle?

after getting the bundle will it report my balance to 0 since I I'm getting the 30 pounds bundle?

Yes as soon as you choose a bundle it will take your available credit.
