I've emailed the eforum guys but no one has got back to me yet. I've contacted samsung because I have call waiting active on my fone but instead of me getting the call alert that someone is calling it takes them them straight to voicemail. Do I need to change anything else??? Can someone help me?

Tap Phone.
Tap MORE.
Tap Settings.
Tap More settings.
After a moment the current settings are displayed.
Tap Call forwarding.
Tap Voice call.

Cancel all diverts

Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswered
Forward when unreachable
Tap DISABLE.
Repeat until all diverts have been turned off.

Call waiting is a notification to let you know when in a call you have another caller waiting, you have call divert on I believe , hope the instructions help you sort it, good luck 👍

Want to answer an incoming call during an ongoing call? It's called call waiting. It's easy, but you need to turn on call waiting before you can use this function.

Use call waiting
When you have an ongoing call, the new call is indicated by a sound signal.
Tap and drag the accept call icon right.
Tap Put ‹phone number› on hold.
The new call is answered and the active call is put on hold.

Swap calls
Tap Swap.

End active call
Make sure the call you want to end is active.
Tap the end call icon.
The active call is ended and the call on hold is automatically activated.

End call
