Hi PeteHall,
When you say the account is on incoming calls only, do you mean it's currently barred from outgoing calls? If there's an overdue bill then My Account would not be accessible until the payment is made.
If not, there are a couple of common fixes for login issues which can help, so have you tried these?
Clear the cache:
- Close all browser windows and tabs.
- Open a new window to any site other than ours.
- Clear the browser cache and cookies to remove any old errors.
- Type in the URL www.vodafone.co.uk - do NOT follow any links or bookmarks.
- Try logging in again.
Reset the password:
- On the login screen, click the link to reset a forgotten password.
- Follow the steps listed in the email you receive.
- Try logging in again with the new password.
If needed we'll get your details to help sort things, but these quick checks may get things sorted quicker.
