My wifes iphone stopped working and i have just had to go to the vodafone store where the swapped the sim and hey presto all started working..
however.. the phone wont now seem to work with the sure signal.
i have tried deleting er number from the sure signal and adding it again but still not working.
sure signal serial number is 43152124798
any ideas?

We do see posts from people who suffer from hiccups when they've sim swapped or upgraded.

Have you rebooted the iPhone since removing and adding the to the sure signal?

trawling through the forum i think that vodafone need to "re-sync" Sure-signal to recognise the new sim

You’ll need to remove and re add the affected number to the Sure Signal.
Once this has been done, please reset the phone.
