Router sent back to Vodafone by DOD

I wasn’t in when DPD tried to deliver my router and accessories so they sent it back to Vodafone. Tired on the chat 3 times to get it delivered. All said 24-48 hour delivery and nothing. Been waiting 14days!!!! Even paid first bill. Thinking of cancelling and cancelling direct debit. No helpful at all.

I have done that on three occasions to get the router and accessories delivered to me but on every occasion there has been no delivery. Every-time I have had a guarantee that it will be delivered and it hasn’t. I am very frustrated as I need to work at home at the evening and can’t. Also I need to use video class to my fiancée and baby daughter as they are away and I can’t do that either atm. I need this sorting asap.
