My daughter receives a message to dial *#1345# when she dials 2345 to top up with a voucher.
it gives no option apart from this and then cuts off.
When you put in *#1345# it advises to ring 1345 (which the phone says is an invalid number)?
can anyone advise if the 2345 number is changing OR how she can top up with a phone call and voucher number.
TIA

Hi @Lisak666

The other option is as you've indicated which is to call us on 2345 free from the phone you want to top up.

Unfortunately when she dials 2345 it doesn’t give her the option to top up OR tell her any remaining balance. I have topped her phone up via the app but it is still saying her balance is £0.00. It is also still telling her to dial 1345, which doesn’t work. 🤷🏻♀️

That's strange @Lisak666, So we can access your daughter's account, make sure it's set up correctly and the top up's been added, pop us a message through Facebook or Twitter and we'll be happy to take a look. If you're not connected to a social media site, reach out to our Live Chat team and I'm sure they'll also be able to help with this.
