PAYG Account in Arrears

Can anyone explain why arrears of £571.64 are showing on my Pay As You Go account?

Been with Vodafone for over 10 years, strictly PAYG account, no DD, no contracts, etc.

Recently there has been at least one osimilar thread's to yours @CupOfCoffee where for some reason a Vodafone Payg account has been showing being in arrears.

Pay-as-you-go/Arrears-shown-on-PAYG-account-All-enquiries-hit-dead-end. 

This does sound like a system glitch.

Please contact Vodafone Customer services via…

They'll get this sorted for you.

Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum.

Contacted Customer Service via online chat 3 weeks ago and was assured and promised that the issue will be resolved within 2 weeks.

Note the buttons "Pay bill now",  "Make payment" and "Pay now" are enabled.
