I cannot stop the monthly billing text ringing my landline. I have deleted the landline number from my account and wasted ages on calls to customer services. They said they would resolve it but never did. I gave up several years back. I got woken up at 8am this morning (Sunday) and I have had enough. It is utterly ridiculous.

I have gone through the process that Lucy suggested , but I will have to wait a month to see if it has worked. Thanks for reaching out Lucy. Perhaps I'm being unduly pessimistic , but it's all been done before. In fact it once stopped for two months before starting again. What I have trouble getting people to believe is that my landline number has been deleted from the account , yet some legacy system keeps ringing it up. My current phone cannot block numbers and I am not keen on buying a new one just for this issue. My girlfriend has exactly the same issue , but it doesn't bother her so much. Tune in next month for an update.
