Cant activate youtube premium

'It looks like you have an active YouTube subscription.' message popping up. Cancelled my original subscription and it expired  16th of september, but message still keep popping up.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still facing issues with the YouTube Premium subscription, @Samson24, as I appreciate that this has been ongoing for some time. Unfortunately, as this requires access into your account, there aren't any escalation steps which we can take on this platform to get it sorted for you. However, if you do want to escalate this further, you would need to follow this up with our team on social media, as they can handle and escalate complaints. 

Thank you for replying Charlotte. I spent a whole month of messaging the Social Media team but the end result was that there was no solution to solve this. The Entertainment Team were supposed to be looking into this but Jade kept chasing them and the same steps were tried over and over again.....remove YTP, re-add it.
over and over again we have all had to try this and it doesn't work.
Here is the final message sent to me by Chloe in the Social Media team (please note that the "charge to" option also doesn't work.....
"I've been and spoken to Jade who's explained all of the troubleshooting and solutions that have been tried to make sure I'm fully up to date with the situation. I'd recommend to continue trying to add YTP as a charge to bill but to do this through your mobile on mobile data only as this is what your plan is linked to then proceed to check if it's charged you. Alternatively as suggested you can add one of the alternative options available which will still save you a cost though I appreciate it's not the outcome you had hoped for. Chloe"

I understand that you're disappointed by the outcome which was offered by my colleagues on Social Media, @Samson24. If you're unhappy with this, you would need to request to escalate this further with them, since there isn't any way for us to escalate from this platform.

@Samson24  I suspect, although I would be happy to admit being wrong, that once people has found a solution they often do not post again.

I don't think there's a solution to this one unless Vodafone gets someone from their Dev team working on the Vodafone website integration to Youtube subscription APIs. So far, I've been waiting since September to get my Youtube Premium working again. Vodafone is still looking into it...

This is unfortunately a common feature of support fora. People come looking for solutions posted by others, but tend not to confirm solutions themselves, to help those others.

Any updates regarding this issue??

I have same problem starting this morning when I've tried to renew my youtube premium from vodafone after my contract renewal.

I've talk to customer service and even been to the shop and they just didn't know what to do.
